Hi. I'm Patricia, the founder of PeptaVive. Before you read another word, I want to say this in plain English: I built PeptaVive for women like me, and I take your privacy seriously because I'd want mine taken seriously too. This page explains exactly what happens to your information when you use peptavive.ai. No tricks. No fine print designed to hide things.
Who we are
PeptaVive is an AI-powered supplement and peptide advisory platform built for women 50+. We're based in North Georgia. If you ever have a question about your privacy, email me directly at getpeptavive@gmail.com.
What we collect — the short version
- Your email address, if you sign up for the free trial, create a free account in one of our tools, or become a Founding Member
- Your payment information, but only through Stripe — we never see or store your card numbers
- Basic visit information that every website collects (your IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider, Netlify
- Information you choose to save locally, like the peptide vials and supplement details you enter into our Tracker — this stays on your device, not on our servers (see below)
That is the entire list.
What we don't collect
I want to be specific about this because most websites bury it:
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Pinterest tracking, TikTok pixel, or any other third-party behavioral tracking
- We do not save what you type into the Peptide Calculator, Supplement Advisor, Interaction Checker, or any of our advisory tools on our servers. These tools process your inputs and the data disappears the moment you close the page
- We do not sell your information to anyone, ever
- We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, because PeptaVive is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse
How our tools work today
Our tools — including the Peptide & Supplement Tracker, the Calculator, the Supplement Advisor, the Interaction Checker, and others — run in your browser. The information you enter is used to calculate or display your results during your session.
Some tools, like the Tracker, save your entries locally on your own device using a feature called local storage. This means your vials, doses, and notes stay on the phone or computer you used to enter them. They are not stored on our servers, and we cannot see them. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that information will not transfer.
We are actively building features that will let members save and sync their information across devices through secure accounts. When those features launch, this Privacy Policy will be updated to clearly explain how that data is stored, who can access it, and how you can delete it.
How Founding Member onboarding works today
At this stage, Founding Members are personally onboarded by the founder. When you sign up, your email is added to our Mailchimp list and you'll receive a personal reply with a Stripe payment link to activate your membership. Stripe processes all payments — we do not see or store your card details. As we grow, parts of this process may become automated, and we will update this Privacy Policy when that happens.
How we use your information
When you give us your email, we use it to:
- Deliver your 7-day free trial access
- Send you welcome emails, occasional updates, and educational content about PeptaVive
- Process your Founding Member subscription, if you choose to join
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to help the site run securely and reliably.
Who has access to your information
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run PeptaVive:
- Mailchimp holds our email list and sends emails on our behalf
- Stripe processes payments
- Netlify hosts the website
Each of these companies has its own privacy practices and security measures. We share with them only what's necessary to do the job they do for us.
We do not share, rent, or sell your information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information. These include the right to:
- Know what information we have about you
- Request a copy of that information
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Tell us not to sell your information (we don't sell it anyway)
To exercise any of these rights, email getpeptavive@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or another state with consumer privacy laws, you have specific rights under those laws and we honor all of them.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small amount of local storage on your own device. This is what powers the 7-day trial countdown and the saved entries in tools like the Tracker. It lives on your computer or phone, not on our servers. You can clear it anytime through your browser settings.
We do not use behavioral tracking cookies.
Children's privacy
PeptaVive is built for adult women, primarily women 50 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your information using industry-standard practices, including secure connections (HTTPS) across the entire site and trusted third-party providers (Stripe, Mailchimp, Netlify) who maintain their own security standards.
No system is 100% secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If something ever goes wrong, we will notify affected users promptly and follow all applicable breach-notification laws.
A note about medical information
PeptaVive provides educational information about supplements, peptides, and wellness. We are not doctors. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or peptide. See our Medical Disclaimer and Terms of Service for more.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of peptavive.ai after changes means you accept the updated policy.
