The woman behind PeptaVive
I didn't set out to build a business.
I set out to feel like myself again.
This is the story of a 56-year-old woman from Woodstock, Georgia — who got tired of guessing, started paying attention, and changed everything.
Where it started
"I started paying attention to my body — and it started talking back."
A couple of years ago I started what I can only describe as a quiet, personal investigation. Not into some program or protocol someone else designed — into me. How I felt after I ate. What time I had my last meal. Whether it was heavy or light. How I slept. What my energy felt like when I woke up.
I started writing it all down. Building my own little blueprint of what made me feel good — and what didn't. And slowly, something started to click.
The supplement drawer truth
"I was taking supplements because I thought I was supposed to. But honestly? I had no idea what they were doing."
I had a drawer full of bottles. Some recommended by friends. Some I'd read about online. Some I'd grabbed because the label said something about energy or collagen or hair. I hoped they were helping. I had absolutely no idea if they were.
No one had ever explained to me what each supplement actually did for my body. No one had told me that taking calcium and magnesium at the same time means you absorb neither. No one had mentioned that fish oil goes rancid and most of us are taking useless capsules. No one had said a word about timing, or forms, or interactions.
I was spending real money on things I didn't understand — and that frustrated me deeply.
The moment everything changed
"Something clicked in my mid-50s. I realized — I can actually control this."
I don't know exactly when it happened. But somewhere in my mid-50s, a switch flipped. I stopped feeling like aging was something happening to me — and started understanding that I had far more control than I realized.
We truly are what we consume. What we eat, when we eat it, how well we sleep — our bodies are constantly working to heal and restore themselves. Especially while we sleep. That's when the real repair happens, from head to toe. And when I started giving my body what it actually needed — the right supplements, at the right time, in the right forms — everything started to shift.
Then I discovered peptides. And everything changed again.
"I'm not trying to be 25 again. But I am planning on sticking around for a very long time — and I plan on participating in life, not watching from a chair."

Why I built PeptaVive
I looked for a tool that could help women like me make sense of all of it. Something that spoke plain English. Something that understood that we're post-menopausal, that we're on medications, that we have a drawer full of supplements we don't fully understand, and that we deserve better than a generic Google search at midnight.
I couldn't find it. So I built it.
PeptaVive was built by a 56-year-old woman who is living every single one of these challenges. Not by a tech team who Googled menopause. By someone who needed this — and decided to build what she couldn't find.
The three things I learned that changed everything
🍽️
You Are What You Consume
Every bite, every supplement, every peptide — your body responds to all of it. Pay attention to how you feel after you eat. Your body is always talking. Start listening.

Timing Is Everything
The right supplement at the wrong time can be worthless. Calcium and magnesium cancel each other out. Fish oil needs fat to absorb. Timing isn't a preference — it's chemistry.

Sleep Is When You Heal
While you sleep, your body repairs itself from head to toe. Every cell. Every system. Protecting your sleep isn't indulgent — it's the most powerful wellness tool you have.
